Bleh XP I hate these things...I prefer to draw with out being smart and using a skeleton. But I will admit that it can help a great deal in drawing men, which I really suck at, as well as different poses I've been struggling with.

I agree with MechanicOrga, and I suck at human anatomy altogether.
